In brief, whatever appearances of joy or pain shine, Meditate in the samadhi that sees everything to be illusory. Whatever contradictory thoughts arise, When you look at their essence, they are liberated in equality. On top of this planet that has neither top nor bottom, Rest in equality free of "enemy" and "friend." Within the continuous flow of transparent appearances Let clinging to "meditating" and "not meditating" dissolve in the expanse. These are not conceptual or contrived meditations, They are natural recollections of native reality. E ma ho! A la la ho!
