Companion in Delight

"Attachment" refers to your companion in delight, the companion you spend time with. It is all right to be attached to them, but then you have to remember that your attachment is free from coming and going, arising and ceasing. Because its nature is beyond conceptual fabrication, the attachment self-liberates.

Composed by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, in 2005 on Holy Island, Scotland.

Translated by Ari Goldfield.

Know this life to be like a dream.
See the mind’s unborn nature.
Aspire to be of benefit to others.
