I am Sonam Sangmo. I was born in 2019, in a small village called Saldang, in Nepal. I used to help my parents in the farm. They wanted me to become a nun, and my aunt asked me if I wanted to join a nunnery. I said yes but did not know what it meant. In 2024, I came to Tek Chok Ling and I felt happy when I saw the gompa. I enjoy being here. In 2025, I joined SMD School. My favorite subjects are math and science - it’s a lot of fun! In my free time I like to play with my friends and read books in the library.
