I am Sonam Chozom. I was born in 2010 in Yolmo, in Nepal. My parents are farmers. After the earthquake, with my family falling on hard times, my parents thought it would be best for me to join Tek Chok Ling Nunnery. I was happy to go and excited to become a nun, and in 2017, I joined the nunnery. In 2018, I started at SMD School. My favorite subjects are Tibetan, English, and sometimes maths. In my free time I like to read story books and to draw. I also like to learn and sing the rituals.
