Ani Chime Dolma is from Dolpo district. She was born in 2014 and raised up in a middle-class family. She said that due to the lack of schools and transportation facility in her village it was very tough to join school and get proper education. She went to school for grade 2. Most of the time she used to spend her days by looking after cows, yaks and goats with her parents. She has five sister and three brothers.
Through some of our nuns her mother knew Tek Chok Ling Nunnery and she bought her here. She was so happy to become a nun and stay with many friends and study together. She became a nun in November 2021. She says she is happy at Tek Chok Ling Nunnery and likes to learn all the subjects. Her best subjects are Tibetan and English.
