The Song of Kasungship

While you move and move, rest in unmoving.
While you go and go, rest in what doesn't go.

While getting irate and angry, seek the nature that's not.
While getting disturbed and disturbed, rest within no disturbance.

When you realize reality that neither comes nor goes,
You'll take a rest in the ultimate mind within.

This awareness that doesn't get sick, old or die,
Is ever and always a young maiden or a lad.

If you can stay relaxed in self-arisen awareness,
You'll release into space that enemy of dual appearance.

HUNG HUNG PHET PHET, the self-sounding of empty vibrations,
Still confusion, this dull and wild mind, right into its own place.

KI KI SO SO, self-sound of what is unborn,
Brings delusive appearances to rest in luminosity's expanse.

LHA GYEL, emptiness resounding, the dragon's thundering roar
Starts the black hearts of maras to shudder and quake.

AH HO May the warriors be triumphant in all their battles.
